Matt Brzica is the Senior Director of Business Development for CJ Logistics America and the owner of the Rialto Group, focusing on sales management, coaching, and assessment. Prior to CJ Logistics, Matt held various positions within the healthcare industry as well as in investment banking. Matt graduated with a BA from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Cornell Johnson School of Management. Originally from Minnesota, Matt and his family reside in Franklin, Tennessee.
Eric wears many hats. He is a luxury real estate agent in Southwest Florida focusing on residential and waterfront properties. Eric is originally from the Chicagoland area. He played Division I basketball at the University of South Alabama and has both his MBA and JD. He is an Illinois-licensed attorney. Eric has a passion for sports and country music and enjoys performing and songwriting in various venues across the country. He co-founded his independent record label BIGBIG Records Nashville.
Will Coleman is the Global Head of Strategic Accounts for Franklin Templeton, and previously with Legg Mason, where he worked since 2004. Prior to his current role, he worked with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. He received his degree in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He lives in New York.
Jen has been with Alliance Bernstein for 22 years and serves as the Senior Vice President and Head of Defined Contribution distribution. She studied Business Management and International Business at The College of New Jersey. She is located in New York.
Kathy manages a real estate management business with her husband, Mark Dennis, a former ten-year veteran of the NFL with the Miami Dolphins. Their vacation rental company manages over 100 homes located throughout the US. Previously, Kathy worked in medical device sales working closely with and guiding doctors in the operating room. Kathy is very active in many organizations and with her church. Originally from Chicago, Kathy currently resides in Marco Island with her husband and 10-year-old daughter Emma.
Mike currently serves as Executive Vice President of Asset Management and Operations at Bluerock Home Trust, Inc. Over the past decade, Mike has held senior financial and operational roles with Apartment and Investment Management Company (NYSE: AIV), The Irvine Company, and Bluerock Residential Growth REIT (NYSE: BRG). He received an MBA in Accounting and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Information Systems from The University of Colorado at Denver, and a B.A. in Business from Texas A&M University in College Station.
Jim is the CEO and founder of Eagle View Advisors, LLC – an employee benefits and leadership/business management consulting company as well as an advisor to Aniline Inc. Prior to these roles he worked almost 14 years at Prudential’s Group Insurance Business. James has held a series of senior positions with two Fortune 100 insurance and financial services firms and is also a board member of the USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore. He received his B.A. in Economics from State Stony Brook University, New York. He currently resides in Randolph, New Jersey.
Rob has been a Partner at Waller Landsen Dortch and Davis since 1997. He attended Dartmouth for his undergraduate degree and received his JD from Columbia Law School. He lives in Nashville.
Rob Herman leads Gries Financial Partners’ management committee and has responsibility for the firm’s strategic direction and overall growth. He is also Chief Investment Officer of Logix LLC. His experience prior to joining Gries Financial Partners includes serving as President of Logix Investment Management and as a lead equity analyst for Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research. In addition, Rob previously worked as an engagement leader for strategy consultancy Monitor Company, as Chief Strategy Officer for Away.com (later acquired by Orbitz), and early in his career as a Congressional Communications Director. He has a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Rob sits on several philanthropic boards, including the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Foundation, FAMILY Fund at Hamilton County Job & Family Services (Chairman), United Way of Greater Cincinnati, University of Cincinnati Advancement & Transition Services (ATS), the Sheridan Road Charitable Foundation and the Cedar Village and Maltz Museum Investment Committees.

Peter is the Managing Partner of EMP Media, a New York based sports and entertainment investment bank. Prior to founding EMP, Peter was Head of the Sports and Entertainment Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs and co-founder of the same group at Merrill Lynch. Peter is a Dartmouth graduate and resides in New York.
Rebecca is the founder and CMO of 401(k) Marketing, a San Diego based firm that helps retirement plan advisors market their expertise and build long-lasting brand awareness. With over 15 years of experience, she is a keynote speaker and author within the retirement plan space. She attended Northeastern University and majored in economics.
Neil is the President of the Central Region and President of the Personal Lines business for Hub International. Prior to his current roles, Neil held increasingly senior roles at Hub over the past two decades. Neil attended Villanova University and received his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Vinny joined Transamerica in 2020 as a Regional Vice President on the DCIO side. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Retirement Consultant for Oppenheimer Funds. He graduated from Tulane University with a degree in English and is local to the Nashville area.
Stan Janowiak is a Managing Director – Investments at Wells Fargo Advisors (Westlake Village, CA}. Stan focuses on private wealth management and assisting sell-side engagements for privately held business owners. Previously he was a Senior Vice President and Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley (Woodland Hills, CA). Before joining Morgan Stanley, Stan served in the Global Private Client Group of Merrill Lynch (Chicago, IL}. While at Merrill Lynch he was instrumental in the largest middle market M&A transaction in the history of the firm. He has also served in various management roles at Merrill. Before Merrill, Stan was an Account Executive for Rodman & Renshaw Capital Group in Chicago. For over 30 years he has provided investment consulting and private banking services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutions.
Mr.Janowiak currently serves on the Advisory Board of The Sheridan Road Charitable Foundation and is a member of the National Eagle Scout Association and the Breakfast Panel of the California Club. Stan also served as the President of Commuter Associates, Inc. doing business as Car 553(the last private commuter car in the United States). He was also the former President and past Director of the Young Executives Club of Chicago. His past memberships include the Board of Directors at the Clare Matrix Foundation (Santa Monica, CA), The Lyric Opera of Chicago Guild Board of Directors, Peggy Notebart Nature Museum of Chicago Board of Trustees, Elawa Farm Foundation Board of Directors, The Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago Men’s Golf Committee. Stan graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DePaul University in 1992. A native of Chicago, Illinois he has lived overseas and enjoys golf, skiing, and all racquet sports. He currently lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife Jennifer and two children.
Clark is the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer Key Bank. He is an adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University. Clark is graduated from Dartmouth College and received his JD from University of Pennsylvania. Clark resides in the Cleveland area.
Katherine is a Vice President of Employee Benefits for HUB International, the 4th largest insurance broker in the world, where she has worked for the last decade. She received her degree in finance from Middle Tennessee State University, is very active in local not for profits, and resides in Nashville.
Chris has been a President at Safe-T-Cover, the largest manufacturer of backflow preventers, valves, and pumps, since 2017. Prior to that, he acted as a Managing Director for Sheridan Road Financial. He graduated from Indiana University, and currently lives in Nashville.
Maria is a luxury real estate agent in South Florida, after a career that started in her native Australia, and has spanned decades and across the East and West Coast. Maria is a tennis enthusiast and if she’s not in the office, can be found on the court. She is very active across Sheridan Road Foundation partner, Big Brother Big Sisters, as well as many local organizations.
Elena works for Capital Group and prides herself in championing superior retirement outcomes for America’s workforce. She is MBA Candidate, at the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business and resides in Chicago.
Mr. Reinsdorf is the President of FroogaliT, LLC, a global mobile payments company and security house. After a long legal and investment banking career, Jon currently works with his family in their ownership of the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox. In addition, he is a member of the Executive Committee for the United Center Joint Venture, which is home to The Chicago Bulls Professional Basketball Team and The Chicago Blackhawks Professional Hockey Team. Mr. Reinsdorf is on the Board of Trustee for Campus Insiders and the Noble Network of Charter Schools. Mr. Reinsdorf holds an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a JD from Northwestern University School of Law.
Jason is CEO of Opry Medical Group, Guidance Whiskey, JUSCO, and Hydrate the Hood. He is a high-performing operational strategist with a passion to help others develop generational wealth. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Jason worked at KPMG. Jason graduated from Tennessee State University and resides in Nashville.
Grace is Marketing Manager at VIST Labs. She obtained her MS in marketing from the University of Texas and resides in Chicago.
Robert is and award-winning entrepreneur, best-selling author, and President and CEO of Imperial Cleaning Services in Nashville. In addition to his work with ICS, Robert is the founder of Impact Youth Outreach, a non-profit organization working to combat youth crime by fostering positive relationships and supportive experiences, the CEO of RCS Holdings, a real estate investment and management company, the founder of iStudio Nashville, an entrepreneurship co-op and event space, and the founder of The DREAM Initiative, a transition, and reentry supportive resource and education company.
Richard recently became President of Vestwell and is based in Brentwood. Before this role, he was Divisional Vice President for Ascensus. He is a graduate of Lipscomb University, where he studied Finance and Business Management. He is on the Board of Trustees for Nashville Children’s Theatre, and the Steering Board for Youth Leadership Brentwood.

He is a retirement plan services professional who is passionate about developing effective retirement programs for other employers and their plan participants. Jeremy attended the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
Matt Wiltshire was a mayoral Candidate for the city of Nashville in August, 2023. Prior to this role, he was the the Chief Strategy and Intergovernmental Affairs Officer for the Nashville Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency, and the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development. Matt is a graduate of Dartmouth College. He has volunteer experience with Hands On Nashville, Center for Nonprofit Management, Tennessee Justice Center, and Youth About Business.
Bill is the Chief Executive Officer of Blue Ridge ESOP Associates and previously was President of OneAmerica Retirement. He received his B.S in Business Administration from the Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and currently resides in Indianapolis.
