Vishal Jain

Vishal Jain joined Unum in 2024 as Vice President of Corporate Strategy, where he leads the development of the company’s enterprise and business unit level strategy. Vishal began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising clients in insurance, wealth management, and retirement on strategy and growth initiatives. He then held several leadership roles at Prudential, including serving as a senior member of the corporate strategy team supporting U.S. businesses, launching a cross-business initiative to shape and execute the company’s financial wellness strategy, and overseeing strategy, planning, and business intelligence for Prudential’s group insurance division. Additionally, he has managed relationships with major technology partners and FinTech start-ups. Vishal earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He currently resides in Chattanooga with his family.
